I watched a television show yesterday that showed technicians rescuing a seal that had a fishing line caught around its neck.
The seal was only able to eat tiny amounts at a time because the fishing line had cut deeply around its neck.
The seal should have been around 350 pounds, but it was only 125 pounds.
The fishing line had choked its growth.
