One definition of favor is: “an act of kindness beyond what is due or usual”. God’s favor does not have to be earned by good works. It is freely given to those who are born-again, to those who are His children. Favor will open closed doors; favor will get you that job, even though many have applied for it. I remember when my son saw a job, online. He said he did not think he would get it because there were so many other applicants, revealed in the applicant count. I told him what I am telling you, God’s favor on your life, will cause you to stand out from the rest. He got the job.
